Meeting Minutes
Glendive Chamber, 1:00 P.M.
August 19, 2002

Minutes of the last meeting were approved as e-mailed.

Linda K. reported that we need project summaries done soon.

We still have no information on the kiosk from either Livingston or Big Timber - Linda K. will follow up on that again.

Received a notice from Jeff Dietz wanting to know if we would like to collaborate on a sign project - Absolutely.

Confirmation on the letters written to Senator Baucus and Senator Burns regarding Corp II.

Posters - will go to Miles City for their fair to be displayed at a booth with the BLM.

Marcy made a motion to pay for the registration fees for Sharon and Linda and possibly Kim to go to Bozeman and possibly the mileage depending on what money is left. Sharon will check on remaining money. Linda W. seconded the motion. It was approved.

Linda K. will check on our extension for our kiosk.

Next meeting will be in Glendive at the Chamber office on Sept. 16, 2002 at 1 P.M.
