Two Medicine Fight Site and Camp Disappointment Signs: A letter asking for moving our grant into 2003.
Mock-ups of the signs were distributed. Brent Phelps photos will be digitized at a cost of $300 per panoramic photo. Larry submitted changes to Laurie's narrative. Camp Disappointment is 2.6 miles from campground run by the Bittners. Changes for the signs were distributed. Editing will be done as too many words were presented. Otis Half Moon, Earl Old Person's wife, or Darrell Kipp will be approached for approval of the signs. Joyce Spoonhunter has been contacted and has not returned telephone calls from Larry Epstein, Joni Stewart, and Laurie Heupel.
Pullouts are now under construction on both the Meriwether Road (Projected completion is Fall of 2002) and Highway 387 (Projected completion Fall of 2003). Bases for the sign will be ordered and stored at Glacier or Pondera County.
Photos for the Camp Disappointment will be given to Laurie Heupel by Cheryl & Rick Bittner. Laurie will give pregnant triangles to the Bittners.
Joni Stewart gave a brief report on the gazebos/windbreaks at the Two Medicine Fight Site and Camp Disappointment. A subcommittee comprising Joni Stewart, Laurie Heupel, Bill Rappold, and Kathy Maggi.
Teton River Rest Area - Lightning Photo was donated. Signs should be completed in two months. Map will be resubmitted to Laurie Heupel from Bergantino. Laurie requested original negatives for the map. Original map would be the best.
